Payment Policy:
All orders are shipped prepaid, either by credit card, personal or company
check, a cashier's check or Money Order. Allow 5
to 7 business days for personal or business checks to clear prior to shipment.
We do not ship C.O.D., nor do we ship overseas.
Warranties:
All products sold by Computer Music Products are third party products and are
subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers. Computer
Music Products makes no representation or warranty with respect to the merchantability or
fitness of merchandise for any particular purpose.
Pricing
and Specifications:
All pricing and product specifications are subject to change without
notice. Special sale pricing and promotions are not retroactive to any
purchases made prior to any special sale pricing or promotions.
Freight Policy:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. A street
address is required (no P.O. Boxes) for UPS shipments. Expedited shipping methods
(Overnight, 2nd-Day, 3-Day Select) may be requested. Sorry, we do not ship
overseas.
Return Policy:
Defective or Damaged Merchandise will be replaced with prior
authorization. Call
Computer Music Products at 800-578-5507 for an RA (Return Authorization) code. No returns
are accepted without an RA code.
Returns must be complete with original materials and packing. A 15% Restocking Fee will
apply on all returns other than damage or defective replacements
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returned
merchandise shipping costs.
No returns are accepted on books, software, speakers, computer cards,
interfaces and circuit boards. In the unlikely
event of damaged or defective software media or circuit board damage, the original
manufacturer must be contacted directly for replacement of defective media or electronic
components in accordance with the particular manufacturer's factory warranty.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Damage Claims:
In the event of shipping damage, contact the carrier immediately to report a damage claim
and schedule an inspection by a carrier representative. Save all packing materials and
boxes. You must also notify Computer Music Products by calling 800-578-5507. The merchandise will be replaced upon
verification of in-transit damage.
